These terms apply to all users, including those who create accounts, register for workshops, or access educational content related to landscape photography, photo editing, digital illustration, and creative composition techniques.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm our services, other users, or violate intellectual property rights. This includes sharing course materials without permission, attempting unauthorized access, or using our content for commercial purposes without prior authorization. We expect all users to treat fellow participants, instructors, and our community with respect. Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our courses and services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including video lectures, photography examples, editing tutorials, illustration guides, and composition techniques, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access these materials solely for personal, educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. This includes screenshots, recordings, or any other reproduction of our courses. The landscape photography images, digital artwork, and educational resources provided remain the property of kelventorial.org and its instructors. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account. We appreciate and respect the creative work of our educators and expect our community to do the same.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other business interruption. We do not guarantee that our courses will meet your specific needs or that the information provided is error-free. While we strive to maintain accurate and current content related to photography techniques and digital art practices, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our materials. We are not responsible for external factors affecting course delivery, including technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is discontinuation of use.

5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these terms or engagement in inappropriate conduct. Upon termination, your right to access course materials, participate in workshops, and use our platform ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination. We may also discontinue specific courses or services at our discretion. If you wish to discontinue your use of our services, you may do so by ceasing access to our platform. Upon termination, we are not obligated to provide refunds, restore access, or maintain any records of your participation. These provisions survive termination and continue to apply to your use of any archived or cached content.
